I have never heard about goland but I feel jetbrains makes very good software so it must be good. I love resharper from jetbrains.

I use GoLand by JetBrains almost exclusively for web dev. Our HTML is mostly GoHTML5 templates, our CSS is SMACSS compliant CSS4.6+, front end programming is in Go compiled to WebAssembly or Julia but never any JS, the back end is usually Go microservice responses to RPC. Some processes are automated using GoHugo.io, Forestry.io, and MFS by JetBrains. We try to avoid legacy languages or quirky tools. The learning curve is steep and setup is rather complex but it has worked well.

We have also used EMACs, VIM, Sublime Text 3, Brackets, Notepad++, LiteIde. We have tried Eclipse and VSC.
