]]>Hey Shweta, there are plugins that can do that, such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-hide-security-enhancer/
]]>Thanks in advance!
]]>The one I personally have most experience with is iThemes Security (the free version). It can do many things listed here like changing the database prefix, harden htaccess, disable the theme and plugin editor, and more. It’s definitely worth checking out if you feel like doing things manually would be too intimidating for you.
]]>Thanks.
]]>Thanks for such stunning article.
]]>I’m going to implement some of the tips and tricks in this how to. Hopefully my site will not be hacked again and I won’t have to bother the guys at Rosehosting for solutions.
]]>Thank you very much!
]]>Hey Stephen,
I strongly advise you to backup your site before doing the tweaks, but in general – I don’t think something would go horrible wrong. Just do it step-by-step and do some occasional speeds test whenever you’ve tweaked something.
